Flying the flag in Toronto!

Toronto is the largest city in Canada and is well known for having a strong Gaelic Football scene but in 2010 the sport of hurling made its return.A couple of the newly arrived Irish guys made it their goal to get a team together . Starting small, the club now has enough members for two teams.
Also the vast majority are Irish which makes them a strong opponent for any of the other eastern Canadian teams.

In 2011 the team competed in the North American Championships in San Francisco.
The first time in over 30 years hurling teams from Toronto had entered.
They fielded a Senior and a Junior A tournament(both managed to get to the semi-finals in their respective grade). This year the team launched its own Toronto Championship and split up the players from THC into two teams. Toronto Wolfe Tones (Blue) V Toronto Allens (White)
In 2012, THC will be travelling to Philadelphia for Labour day weekend to compete in the North American Championships once again. Best of luck lads!!
